Questions
- Do frosted tips work on light hair?
- Barely. The whole effect is contrast between dark roots and bright tips, so on blond or light brown hair there is nothing for the bleach to contrast against and it just reads as slightly uneven colour.
- How much damage do frosted tips do?
- Less than a full head of bleach, because only the last half inch is lifted and that section gets cut off within a couple of months anyway. Previously bleached or coloured hair is the risk — lifting it twice is where it snaps.
